By requesting services from Koala Locksmith, you agree to the following terms. Our services are provided on a mobile, on-demand basis within our service area in Jacksonville, FL and surrounding regions.
Pricing and Payment

- We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work — no hidden fees
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods
Service Warranty
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service. If you experience issues with our work, contact us promptly and we will make it right.
Proof of Ownership
For security purposes, we may require proof of ownership or authorization before performing certain services, including but not limited to: car key replacement, lock changes, and all-keys-lost situations. Acceptable proof includes vehicle registration, title, or valid government ID matching the vehicle registration.
Limitation of Liability
Koala Locksmith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
